ESP-IDF 5.5.1 port workspace for espnow-link focused on ESP32-S3.
espnow-link is a communication and management library for ESP32 devices using ESP-NOW.
It provides a full control plane, not just raw packet send/receive:
- Secure device lifecycle: discovery, pairing, unpairing, and restore after reboot.
- Master-to-slave command/control flow with responses and event tracking.
- Descriptor and runtime APIs for device info, settings, telemetry, liveness, and time.
- Profile-based behavior (different node types with their own settings/metrics/events).
- Channel sync and multi-node topology handling.
- OTA firmware transfer and apply flows.
- Logging and storage management surfaces.
In short, it is used to build and operate secure ESP-NOW device networks with deterministic management behavior.
