Docker 이벤트(start/stop/die/destroy/rename)를 감지하여 현재 호스트의 컨테이너 포트 바인딩을 스냅샷으로 수집하고 다음 파일을 생성합니다.
site/ports.jsonsite/ports.csvsite/index.html(검색/정렬/자동 새로고침 가능)
옵션으로 DB_URL 환경변수를 지정하면 PostgreSQL 테이블 infra.docker_ports를
TRUNCATE→INSERT 방식으로 갱신하고, infra.services 뷰로 서비스별 포트를 조회할 수 있습니다.
