feat(quick-duel): add curated Quick Operations

Summary

Quick Duel now opens with a four-card Operations chooser: Standard Duel, Crosswind Range, Caldera Run, and Last Light Siege. Each choice composes the existing deterministic Hot Seat options and appears as public local context in the match ledger and After Action report.

Why

Quick Duel had a strong reusable combat loop, but little reason to choose one match over another. These conditions change the tactical texture without adding another mission engine or authority path.
