Records the exact delivery chain for the Verified Operations Cycle: reviewed PR #427, exact-head and exact-main checks, Pages provenance, and the bounded authenticated production receipt.
It also preserves a malformed historical sprint-log tail, records its parsing boundary, and corrects the non-authoritative session-clock ordering without changing delivery facts.

Tradeoff
The historical sprint-log bytes remain immutable under H-05. The receipt adds explicit timestamp parsing and chronology corrections instead of rewriting prior records.
