Simple node.js server to demo an end user application.

To use:

1. Configure your Telegram bot API key
   - For example you can use "export TG_TOKEN=token" on mac and linux
2. Install with "npm install"
3. Run with "npm start"
4. Message your bot with your location (mobile only)
