This pull request adds Romanian to the supported languages and updates Indonesian and Finnish translations. A critical issue was identified where the addition of 'ro' to the LINGUAS file without the corresponding translation file will lead to build failures.

The language code ro (Romanian) has been added to the po/LINGUAS file, but the corresponding translation file po/ro.po is not included in this pull request. Adding a language to LINGUAS without providing the .po file will cause the build system (e.g., autotools) to fail during the compilation of translations. Please ensure that po/ro.po is added to the repository or remove this entry if the translation is not yet ready.
