Use cd command to get out of the snipper_manager directory in vscode terminal.
Then run the command jupyter nbextension install snipper_manager
Now run the following command jupyter nbextension enable snipper_manager\main
Now open Anaconda Prompt and write and then write jupyter notebook in next line.
Jupyter notebook will open in chrome.
