AdvancedBanX or ABX for short never supported Velocity even if it is one of the biggest plugins for bans in history but not updated or with no Velocity Support. This Velocity Plugin fixes 1 of those problems. No one uses bungeecord

Add the .jar (jarfile) to you server plugin directory and restart the server. To know how to use it go here. It is just the BungeeCord Plugin with velocity support.
You only install an ABX Velocity on your proxy server; you do not use MySQL to link the different servers. THIS WILL NOT WORK: MySQL is not a "linking" solution, nor a real-time communication solution; it is just a database, and you know what databases are for? for storing data and accessing it later, that's it, that's all.
