Week 12 (14th - 18th): I seem to be having trouble with getting github to work correctly, at times it works exactly as intended and others it has required me to wipe the slate clean and create another clone because I cannot for the life of me figure out what I did wrong. Partially assisted Philip in the creation of the search functionality.
Week 13 (21st - 25th): Did not get much done as I was traveling out of town for thanksgiving as well as being sick for the majority of the week. However, I did make minor changes to the overall look of the project by changing the look how we things were done on the home screen.

---------------- Semester 2 ---------------------
Week 1 (January 16th - 20th): Met with Vidal for the first time this semester and briefly discussed some plans for how we are going to move forward.
Week 2 (January 23rd - 27th): Met with my group on the 24th to work on the project as a team. Sydney and I are working on getting the scoring for users. I worked on getting the email from the spotify object that is returned when logging in and then adding it to the database for validation purposes.
Week 3 (January 30th - Feb 3rd): I have been working on input validation for our forms, and demo'd that for Dr. Vidal at our meeting. As well as adding an email field into the database and making it populate when a user signs in so I can begin working on league mechanics. I also split the player details page into two separate pages/views in order to remove the ability to add songs to the opponents playlist. Alongside this, I also quickly threw together an about page on the tab bar which gives a brief explanation of the apps purpose and how to use it.
Week 4 (Feb 5th-10th): I didn't get a whole bunch done this week. I added the album artwork to the player details page.
Week 5 (Feb 13th-17th): Worked on making album artwork actually look good as well as started looking into previewing songs from spotify.
Week 6 (Feb 20th-24th): Successfully got a song to preview, however I am having issues getting it to do it dynamically.
Week 7 (Feb 27th-3rd): Got song preview to work both inside of our application, as well as taking the user to a spotify page where the preview will play. Also fixed the album artwork issue where it would display the artwork for the last song in the stack.
Week 8 (March 6th - 10th): Spring Break
Week 9 (March 13th - 17th): Got feedback from the beta release, and have begun working on some of the issues like expanding preview capabilities and such.
