UI feedback

Hey Ryan!

I was showing my team the tool this morning and one of my teammates gave some feedback on it as they were testing it themselves.

When full screen, the UI is great. But when narrowing the window down, the TOOLBOX section is not the top-level container, so it was not clear on what to do.

Additionally, while the padding is good on full sreen, as the screen gets smaller you lose elements entirely

Additional notes:

1. The "Apply Wrap" button is not intuitive with the Wrapper tab being hidden. No error when one isn't selected, no tooltip, no indication on what to do. Might be worth moving that selector into each row.

2. When drag/drop'ing it seems like you should be able to move a property inside of a created group, however it just shifts it above/below.

4. Recommend removing the light/dark mode toggle and just tapping into the toolbox API and matching the toolbox theme.

I'll update other items as I debug. Theme not being wired into api was intentional. Pptb and Web version use the same package to build their ui.
