This repository is part of Rui Zhang's project portfolio. It is initially created as a public project container so code, reports, figures, and reproduction instructions can be added incrementally.
- Keep generated report and Beamer source.
- Do not publish proprietary inputs or unsupported biomedical claims.
- Optional future open-source reproduction with RDKit/Open Babel and AutoDock Vina.
The final version should make the main result reproducible with one documented command or notebook workflow, including environment setup and figure-generation instructions where applicable.
