MM-ECD-L1-HF closure — TEST 018

This package executes the frozen analytic closure test in Arbiter/tests/TEST_018_MM_ECD_L1_HF_FUNCTIONAL_SCALE_CLOSURE.md.

Run from this directory:

python3 -m venv .venv
./verify.sh

The run is serial. Gates G0--G6 are exact analytic gates. The gate runner does not permit a finite or infinite correlation-scale verdict without the return-time check and an all-later-times tail certificate. No collision term, damping width, layer evolution, Q_child, or successor theory is present.

Repository identity

• Result: H4 — exact algebraic torsion and local Hartree/Fock closure pass through G1; the explicit renormalized BM/HV/composite-current ledger is absent at G2, so no correlation-scale verdict is reached.
• Scope: Analytic functional/renormalization admission only; no transport, damping, transition, or child-universe result.
• Contents: Action and 2PI derivations, Ward and scale ledgers, symbolic controls, tests, machine manifests, citations, and Arbiter packet.
