TEST 023 — BB-ECD-1-LW

This package implements the serial LW0–LW7 test defined by Arbiter/tests/TEST_023_BB_ECD1_LW_LOCAL_STATE_G2_CLOSURE.md.

Run from this directory:

./verify.sh

The runner stops scientifically at the first failed serial gate. Diagnostic unit tests may still verify provenance and implementation consistency, but may not promote a later gate.

Repository identity

• Result: LW-D at LW3 — free projectors and CTP closure pass, but the final permitted UV/zero-width continuum refinement misses its frozen tolerance.
• Scope: No root, critical state, transition dynamics, or physical-validity conclusion is calculated.
• Contents: Frozen manifest, composite and CTP ledgers, UV/IR controls, symbolic implementation, tests, machine results, citations, and Arbiter packet.
