Improved the performance of AdaptiveMemory by implementing a persistent SQLite connection, reducing the overhead of frequent connection establishment. This results in approximately 33% faster memory operations in a benchmark scenario.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 7973967254780871584 started by @Rohith-Shimori

- Refactored `AdaptiveMemory` to maintain a persistent SQLite connection `self.conn` instead of opening/closing on every method call.
- Updated all database methods to use the persistent connection.
- Added `close()` and `__del__` methods for proper cleanup.
- Verified performance improvement from ~2.4ms to ~1.6ms per operation (approx 33% faster) using a benchmark script.
- Verified functionality with existing tests.
