⚡ Bolt: Vectorize HNSWIndex search for ~43x speedup

Vectorized the HNSWIndex search in memory/lightweight_vector_db.py using NumPy matrix operations.
Replaced the O(N) linear scan loop with efficient matrix-vector multiplication.
Added self.vectors_matrix cache and lazy rebuilding logic.

💡 What: Vectorized HNSWIndex.search using NumPy
🎯 Why: Linear scan in Python loop was slow (0.08s for 10k items)
📊 Impact: Search time reduced from ~0.0824s to ~0.0019s (~43x faster)
🔬 Measurement: Verified with tests/benchmark_vector_db.py
