A full-stack monitoring platform that probes endpoints every minute, tracks uptime history, opens incidents automatically, sends alerts across 5 channels (Telegram, Email, Discord, Slack, Webhooks), and provides AI-powered root-cause explanations — all on free-tier infrastructure (Render + Vercel + Neon + GitHub Actions).
