Automatic release that cuts 10.15.1 by replacing 10.16.0-SNAPSHOT across publishing and docs tooling—no SDK implementation changes in this diff.

Version strings are updated in gradle.properties, .version, Config.frameworkVersion, example/test libs.versions.toml files, and CircleCI’s S3 docs sync path. CHANGELOG / CHANGELOG.latest.md are trimmed to the RevenueCatUI patch notes (paywall decode crash, web_view FrameLayout / RenderThread fix, autoplay video visibility, scroll vs drag arbitration, misc webview fixes, paywall-tester button). docs/index.html now redirects to 10.15.1.
