Summary

add the pi-no-default-model extension
prevent Pi model/provider selections from overwriting configured defaults
prevent thinking-level changes from overwriting the configured default

Validation

traitor check
verified via Pi RPC that changing thinking level updates the active session while leaving settings-twin.json unchanged
verified via Pi RPC that changing models updates the active session while leaving settings-twin.json unchanged
