Depends on #130

A press on Capture with no screen shared did nothing visible: the answer
came in the message line, far down the page. The Visio connector now
reports whether a screen is being shared (uiState.screenShare, found the
way slideShot finds it, by anyone, the room's own content included), and
the page greys the button while nothing is, its hint saying so. A
connector that does not report it keeps the button as it always was.

The capture took a full row: a wide button saying "Capture the shared
screen" and a sentence beside it. It is a tile now, icon over the word
"Capture", its hint under it, which leaves room beside it for the other
meeting services (stream, record, transcribe) to come.
