Per-disk SMART and temperature in System Health

Description

Follow-up from #11 (multi-disk / multi-volume System Health).

Volume enumeration, capacity/usage, removable/network policy, and PhysicalDisk throughput shipped in earlier betas. What remains is per-disk health signals in System Health (not only sample-level scalars from the first openable drive).

Acceptance Criteria

• Model per-disk SMART / predict-failure (or honest unavailable) on each physical disk row
• Model per-disk temperature when Storage IOCTL exposes it; otherwise clear unavailable
• Do not invent values when LocalService / OEM drivers deny access
• Spot-check vs Inventory Storage identity where both surfaces list the same disks
• Read-only only — no disk utilities
