I created the Note note on standard build process + tests:

Here are some requirements:

1. image should be very small

2. needs to contain docker or compatible service

3. does not embed our reswarm management agent. The reflasher should add this later.

4. Should be open source with a license that allows free, also commercial usage but modification needs to be openly contributed.

5. We need a Contributor License Agreement (CLA) that retains all rights of the code with us. (Open Source Governance)

6. need to have image versions for various CPU architectures (Start with ARM)

7. should have automated build system

8. Image is configurable (by Reflasher) before flashing.

9. Need to have a "realtime Linux" version (Whatever that really means)

10. Security should be "considered sensitively" .
