Standard fix for the stray Windows context-help "[?]" title-bar button (issue
#393): clearing Qt::WindowContextHelpButtonHint is the conventional approach
and is correctly scoped to Windows via Q_OS_WIN, so other platforms are
unaffected. LGTM.
