Add publiccode YAML to repo ?

Interoperable Europe (successor of OSOR.EU) is currently building a catalog of open source software created by/for public administrations and institutions.

Nice project ! Do you know if that project has a link with an (EU or EU-Member State) institution or administration ?

It's been created at the LMU (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Germany) and is maintained mainly mainly from there (and their Observatory). I'm one of the contributors to the project. It's the core library of most python-based seismological software.
