Changes:
- 在根 README 与多语言 README 中新增 “Sponsors/赞助商/スポンサー” 区块（HTML table 展示 logo + 文案链接）。
- 增加 DolOffer Logo 图片引用与专属注册链接文案。
- 在多语言 README 中保持相同的 sponsor-ad 标记区间，便于后续自动化处理/替换。
