Castellón ~40°N ya usa lo correcto -> riesgo cerrado en docs/04 y en el javadoc del FwiCalculator. - Cobertura del test #2 (cffdrs) documentada como PENDIENTE, no cubierta: fronteras de mes en Le/Lf, DC en sequía prolongada, extremos. La reimplementación Python no es validación independiente (mismo lector). - Mediodía FIJADO en 12:00 UTC (criterio EFFIS), documentado en docs/04 con fuente; conversión en un solo sitio; Open-Meteo devuelve UTC.
