[Bug] Filter menu collapses after page refresh despite active URL params #2

On the model listing page, after selecting filters, the URL correctly updates with query parameters. However, when refreshing the page or navigating directly to that URL, the filter menu is collapsed. I have to manually re-open it to see which filters are active.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Visit https://www.qianwenai.com/models
2. Click the filter panel on the left side to expand it
3. Select filters such as "Model Author" and "Inference Provider"
4. Observe the URL updates to something like `https://www.qianwenai.com/models?inference=kling&authors=deepseek`
5. Refresh the page (or navigate directly to that URL)Expected Behavior
The filter menu should remain expanded and display the currently active filter selections derived from the URL parameters.
Actual Behavior
The filter menu is collapsed. Users must manually expand it again to see the selected filters.
