13/14 hardening slices landed on main (HARD-01..HARD-13); HARD-14 reverted after review refuted two claims. Gate re-verified at HEAD 9a03c0d: ruff clean, 3514 passed / 53 skipped / 0 failed on real pgvector (:5433). Section records the batch table (HARD-02/03/05/06 committed, HARD-14 reverted), all-14 final status, per-slice PARKED live/manual lanes, and CLOSED-vs-gated for the 7 release blockers (#2/#7 fully closed; #4 human-pentest + #6 fleet-soak stay named MANUAL-PENDING; #1 live half cred-gated; #5 F40 spine deferred).
