Granian may pass an extra arg to __rsgi_init__; *args, **kwargs keeps it compatible. Document signatures in rsgi.md.
- Add e2e test starting granian on a temp RSGI app - Include dev in push/pull_request branch filters - Add granian to test extras install in CI
