Goals: G4, G5
Impact: Recovers qsl-attachments local audit readiness for qsl-protocol NA-0589 by updating the transitive
anyhowlockfile entry from 1.0.102 to 1.0.103 after scratch proof showed the recovery is Cargo.lock-only.No-regression: No Cargo.toml, source, runtime, protocol, crypto, auth, storage, deployment, Docker, service, or workflow semantics changed. qsl-attachments remains an opaque ciphertext attachment service with capability-bearing values kept out of published evidence.
Tests/Vectors:
cargo metadata --locked --format-version=1;cargo audit --deny warnings;cargo fmt --check;cargo test --locked;cargo build --locked.Notes: This is a lockfile-only recovery selected by qsl-protocol directive NA-0589 after initial qsl-attachments audit failed on RustSec advisory RUSTSEC-2026-0190 for transitive
anyhow1.0.102. No private material is published.
