flutter runConfig: create .env with BASE_URL, SOCKET_IO_URL, AGORA_APP_ID, AWS_BUCKET_NAME. Firebase needs your own google-services.json and GoogleService-Info.plist.
Incoming calls when the app is killed. iOS will not wake a Flutter app for a socket event, so the call signal travels as an FCM push that the native side turns into a CallKit ring before Flutter is running; the Dart layer joins the Agora channel only when the user answers. Keeping chat history consistent across socket reconnects and app restarts meant merging server history with the Hive cache instead of trusting either one.
