Summary: remove internal lifecycle, authorization, and implementation notes from public console views; focus Decisions on pending work, paused items, review items, monitored items, data freshness, and recommended actions; replace the pre-login implementation preview with a simple sign-in message; keep internal safety controls unchanged. Validation: worker and generated asset syntax checks, strategy-switch worker validation test, static desktop and mobile visual review, and navigation checks.
