Refreshes all 52 tracked pins from fresh shallow checkouts of the 14 consumer repositories on remote main. Strict matrix validation passed with 30 checked files and no missing files. The updated regression fixture captures the current non-uniform consumer pin snapshot instead of assuming every consumer is on one old QPK ref. No policy, runtime, strategy, deployment, or scheduler behavior changed.
