修复依赖矩阵 pin 漂移：恢复 CryptoStrategies 当前主线 ref ef78312d（原 d2b431... 与 CI checkout 不一致）。最新 Validate run 32624753781 的 actionlint/python/js 已全部通过；另一个重复 run 正在收尾。 |

Synchronizes the internal dependency matrix with the current UsEquitySnapshotPipelines dependency pins.
Validation:
python3 python/scripts/check_internal_dependency_matrix.py --projects-root .. --json --strict --require-consumer-files(local checkout).
