Fixes the global-ETF runtime failure caused by the strategy extractor using
safe_haven_symbolwhile the shared feature runtime sentsafe_haven.The adapter now inspects only the callable signature and supports both reviewed spellings without swallowing plug-in runtime
TypeErrors. Adds legacy and current contract tests.Validation:
pytest -q tests/test_feature_snapshot_runtime.py(7 passed);ruff check.
