Recovery evidence now hashes only the same prioritized true-cash tags used by execution. Net liquidation and available-funds/margin values can move with prices, so including them caused false baseline drift without any cash, position, order, or execution change. The change is read-only and fails closed if no actual cash-balance tag exists.
