Cloud Run uses internal ingress, so GitHub-hosted runners cannot invoke /reconcile directly. This workflow now creates a one-shot Scheduler request using the existing least-privilege scheduler identity, reads only the persisted redacted candidate, and deletes the temporary job on success or failure. It never invokes /run, changes a runtime target, or adds a long-lived credential.
