Pins QuantPlatformKit to the merged broker-reconciliation enrollment contract and adds a no-side-effect tool that converts two or more private, digest-only IBKR reconciliation receipts into a review-ready baseline candidate. It never connects to IBKR, writes runtime configuration, or submits orders. The candidate is intended for AIAuditBridge mandatory dual review and then the existing high-risk human recovery approval. Includes tests and Chinese operational documentation.
