In the Check QPK pin consistency workflow section (.github/workflows/ci.yml lines 113-118), CI runs external/QuantPlatformKit/scripts/check_qpk_pin_consistency.py --root . --pin-file external/QuantPlatformKit/QPK_PIN, and that script compares every QPK ref in pyproject.toml/uv.lock against the SHA in the checked pin file. The current checked QuantPlatformKit/main QPK_PIN still resolves to 56a03364d517..., so this new 618b786d9d95... dependency is reported as a mismatch and the guard exits non-zero before tests can run.
