This is a project of coverage ratio test of straw,need input a picture of straw or video streaming of camera,return the ratio of coverage of straw.In addition,this project have a UI,operation platform is QT.So ,you can download it now,and run with a USB camera. 命名部分沿用之前的一个代码做修改，所以会有点不同，不用太在意
