New wellness methods: getUserSummary, getBodyComposition, getHrvData, getStressData, getBodyBattery, getSpO2Data, getFitnessAge, getEnduranceScore, getRespirationData — with full TypeScript types. MFA support: GarminMfaRequiredError thrown on login when 2FA is required; resumeWithMfa(code) completes the OAuth flow. All type interfaces are now exported from the package root.
