Align the internal Git dependency pins with the evidenced share-entitlement protocol used by the Barra failure-repair campaign. This removes incompatible old/new data URLs from the ordinary-install dependency graph. Package source is unchanged from the previously frozen study revision; only pyproject/lock references change.
Dependency: PureSaber/quant-data-kit#47. Companion quant-lab/quant-factors revisions preserve the existing research and rolling-research interfaces. CI verifies the existing tests and locked installation; no factor, estimator, strategy or historical result is replaced.
