Bonus shares with fractional rights previously aborted the account, and legal odd-lot liquidation was rejected as a board-lot violation. Consume the account-specific entitlement contract from PureSaber/quant-data-kit#47 in the native ledger; keep unresolved rights separate from cash/tradable shares and enforce declared availability. Preserve exact FixedPoint postings, checkpoint restoration and idempotent retries.
A-share sells can dispose of the entire odd remainder. Already accepted partially filled orders can continue, while newly submitted buy orders still require board lots. Add event round-trip, delayed-credit/sale, correction rejection and repeat-application regressions. No live broker or frozen-account change.
Validation: 417 Windows tests passed, overall coverage 87.39%; all existing core pure-branch gates exceeded 90%; Ruff and format passed. CI now covers Windows/Linux on Python 3.10–3.12. Merge after the linked data protocol dependency.
