The declared LLM dependency upgrades conflicted with the old lock and caused installation checks to fail. Align the lock with langchain-core 1.6.11, langchain-openai 1.7.2, langgraph 1.2.15 and langgraph-checkpoint 4.3.0, including the required langsmith 0.14.12 dependency and Ruff 0.17.1. Preserve existing build pins and internal Git dependencies. Add a regression check for runtime, build, development and LLM requirements against exact lock pins across the supported Python and OS targets.
Validation: a clean environment installed the exact lock, dependency compatibility checks passed, and the full suite passed with 187 tests (86% coverage). Ruff checks and formatting pass; all 6 hosted checks passed on the final PR head.
