Improve DMU P3 Earthquake Black Hole guidance

• Restores the Black Hole tether-only display option for the P3 Earthquake helper.
• Adds configurable correct, wrong, and unknown colors for the Black Hole tether line.
• Adds Black Hole destination collision avoidance by checking active Black Hole actor positions and preferring safe offsets in the configured line-bait direction.
