feat: add json input for configs and share options

Description

• Integrated Tailwind CSS via @tailwindcss/cli as a build step, replacing the external CDN script dependency in the renderer.
• Enhanced backend configuration capabilities by adding validation checks, structured JSON export/import handlers, file picker dialog integrations, and a detailed metadata listing API.
• Implemented a complete dedicated configuration management dashboard view in the frontend UI allowing users to search, preview, paste, and inline-edit structured JSON directly.
• Added UX refinements including side-panel collapse controls, smooth navigation drawer transitions, dynamically scaled layouts, and Lucide icon formatting improvements.
• Expanded the main-to-renderer IPC communications bridge layer to fully expose the new detailed configuration management and file-system transfer methods.
