Added a candidate list section to the README.
Add seven proposed targets with scores, slices, main claims and oracles: TLS host name matching, Punycode, Bech32, HPACK, DER, lexical path cleaning and URI resolution. Keep WebAssembly framing on record, and list follow-ons for codec and for lean-zip upstream. Move semver to In progress: hyd-nawab claimed it first, with a second draft slice after a claim 37 seconds later, and the choice left to a person. … made The second scorer agreed with every round 3 score except punycode's, which moves from 16 to 15 (Oracle 2, because the oracles disagree on "-tda"). Hostname moves to In progress, claimed on hostname#1. Punycode moves to Repo created. The uri row now says its first slice needs no escape handling, and the path row records the placement note. The Claude GitHub App cannot create repositories in the org (403), so the first slice is built locally until an org owner creates Proven-Commons/hpack. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01AovXVgJBHGiN44TxQM4dcd
- tar: the row said "Pilot complete" and that the audit was still open. mission PR 1 merged the audit, and main's README now calls the pilot built, not yet verified. The row says the same, and names the two open sets of fixes and tar issue 7. - HPACK: Proven-Commons/hpack exists now, with the claim on hpack#1. The row moves to In progress. The SQLite reader's first slice is in sqlite draft PR 2. All three Wave 1 projects now have repos, so the Wave 1 list moves to the tables: Cedar with its plan and the note on prior work, Redis with the brief's claims. DER's row gives the numbers after its second self-review. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01AovXVgJBHGiN44TxQM4dcd
Main gained MERGE-SOP.md, the bar check and a Redis paragraph in README.md since #16 branched. The one conflict is in README.md, where #16 adds the candidate list line and main adds the Redis line at the same place; both are kept, Redis first. Read from each repo on 2026-10-28: 26 repos have Lean code on main and none has a spec approval, so every merged first slice stays under In progress. - The eight slices by fdn-claude merged on 2026-10-28; their rows say so. - Codec, ZIP, JSON, RFC 3339, Protobuf, WebSocket and UTF-8 rows give their merged PRs. Codec's plans are issues 3, 5 and 7, not 1. - TOML, IP, MessagePack, UUID, DNS and Bencode move up from Proposed, with their merged PRs; CSV, PNG and PEP 440 (mission issue 15) and SSH (mission issue 19) get rows. - Redis moves up: its first slice merged as redis PR 1 on 2026-10-26. Review on #21 pointed out the stale row. - HTTP, Cedar, URI, CBOR and the round 4 targets (JWS, MQTT, DHCPv4, ClientHello, XML, NTP) give their open PRs, and the six stalled PRs that fdn-claude is carrying forward. - tar: PR 1 merged, and tar issue 7 chose the second set of fixes. - The WebAssembly note now cites the second score on mission issue 19, which found that WasmCert and Vest do not cover the ground. - NTP: the first Lean slice is ntp PR 4, claimed on ntp#1 on 2026-10-28. - JWS, MQTT, DHCPv4, ClientHello, XML and CBOR: each stalled PR 2 is carried forward in PR 4, keeping its authors' commits, with every blocking finding fixed. The seven targets from mission issue 19 without a repo (regex, ELF64, bplist, JSON Pointer and Patch, BSON, cron, INI) go under Proposed with both scores, slice, claim and oracle, as the list's own rule asks. The ELF note now says round 5 scored the narrower ELF64 reader at 14. The PR 17 note says ahrazzle scored seven of the eight round 3 targets, with WebAssembly scored on issue 19. Both points come from the review of mission PR 28. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01AovXVgJBHGiN44TxQM4dcd

This PR now targets
main. It answers both reviews that asked for changes, on #16 and here. What it holds
main(bddd247). The one conflict was inREADME.md: Add permanent candidate list (CANDIDATES.md) #16 adds the candidate list line, and main adds the Redis line at the same place. Both are kept, Redis first. The diff againstmainis now onlyCANDIDATES.mdand that one README line.CANDIDATES.md, read from each repo on 2026-10-28 (231da51). 26 repos have Lean code onmain, and none has a spec approval yet. So every merged first slice stays under In progress, and the section says why.The row changes
claude/<repo>-first-slicebranches, keeping the authors' commits, as the notes on each PR 2 say.One row rests on a search rather than a read: this session cannot open the ssh repo. An org-wide search shows ssh PR 2 merged on 2026-10-28, and mission PR 28 says the same.
