docs(console): mark gaps/edge_cases work order complete (task.md stale) - #463

task.md still targeted the extraction-health gaps/edge_cases CLI exposure objective, but it was already shipped in PR #374 (a675c1f) with 111/111 tests passing. Two prior watchdog cycles re-verified this same objective without updating task.md, risking repeated no-op re-verification.
