Summary

  • pyproject.toml: 0.1.00.3.0 — version was never bumped after the v0.2 release in PR4 nor after the v0.3-worthy work that landed in PR13 + PR15.
  • README badges (en + zh): v0.2v0.3.

Catches up the version metadata in preparation for the v0.3.0 GitHub release.

Test plan

  • No runtime code changed; all 67 tests still pass locally.
  • CI green on Python 3.10 / 3.12.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

- pyproject.toml: 0.1.0 → 0.3.0 (catches up with v0.2 release in PR4
and the v0.3 cut after k-branch parallel exploration shipped)
- README badges: v0.2 → v0.3 (en + zh)
