Add an opt-in sandbox per compiler with native, Java, and Python runtime discovery. Reuse temporary runtime ACL grants within a judging session and remove them when the last task finishes. Keep existing main-process resource accounting and enforce a one-process Job limit. Persist sandbox settings and expose Windows-only controls with translations. Include integration coverage for permissions, process restrictions, cancellation, and language runtimes.
Document per-compiler settings, temporary runtime permissions, the single-process limit, and Python launcher constraints. Clarify the permissions used by compilation and checker processes.

Replace the JSON byte array with four native fields in a WindowsSandbox QSettings group. Read saved values with type conversions and defaults. BREAKING CHANGE: Legacy WindowsSandbox JSON values in QSettings are ignored. Sandbox defaults apply until the options are configured again.
