Contexte (audit 2026-07-20, P2 - lot 3)

Validation

Build + clippy 0 warning + fmt gate OK, 91 tests verts.

…ted window size

- The whole local-app row was one full-width launch button: a stray
click anywhere started the program with no confirmation. The row is
now a static card with an explicit Launch button.
- Favorites were a dead feature for local apps - the Favorites section
filtered on them but nothing could ever star one. Local cards now
carry the same star toggle as store repos.
- The window opened at a fixed 1000x700 forever even though the
preference fields existed (save_preferences hardcoded them to None).
The live size is tracked via window resize events, persisted with a
1s debounce (resize events flood during a drag), clamped to sane
bounds at boot, and reapplied on the next launch.
